Foresite Group and West Point Partners completed the land development on this large mixed-use project in West Point, Georgia. On 43+ acres including 14 acres of residential and 13 commercial outparcels, this project includes design for a hotel, fast food restaurant, urgent care medical facility, office complex, gas station, apartments, and restaurants. This site is currently under construction next to the brand new KIA plant off the new exit on Interstate 85.
Located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, Foresite Group worked with both city and county officials to design and permit this 62 acre park with a 7 acre lake, picnic areas, walking trails, outdoor classroom, and open play fields. The project is currently under construction and planned to be complete in late 2008 for the City of Suwanee, Georgia.
This unique project gave Foresite Group a chance to restore and revitalize historical property. Originally an old mill in historic downtown Roswell, Georgia this property was converted from the mill to single family townhomes. Foresite Group assisted the MaCallan Group with the conversion which included approval from both the County and the City Historic Committee. This project was completed well within the time schedule and under budget in the summer of 2006.
Foresite Group designed this rooftop telecommunications site on a historic building located in downtown St. Augustine, Florida. As typical for historic buildings, the building plans were not available for the design/analysis, but by meticulous investigation of the site, interviews with building staff, and coordination with local historic preservation board, an appropriate location was selected for the installation of the Verizon Wireless equipment utilizing an abandoned fire suppression water tank pedestal. Construction of the site was completed in January 2007.
