Project Manager – Transportation, Planning, and Engineering Division (Norcross, GA office)

  • Education: B.S. in Civil Engineering required
  • Start Date: July/August 2010
  • Licensure: P.E. licensing and P.T.O.E. certification preferred. Unlicensed/uncertified candidates must be close to acquiring license and/or certification.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years experience required in the following areas – traffic impact analyses, access management, traffic studies, DRI’s, signal warrant studies, queuing analyses, parking analyses, turn lane analyses, trip generation, trip distribution, and similar technical applications. Additional experience is valued in the following areas – roadway planning, corridor studies, round-about analyses and design, signal design, and signal timing.
  • Responsibilities: Coordinates team production schedules, project budgets, and quality control with applicable staff at the direction of the Senior Project Manager, Director, or Principal. Provides client contact to assess scope of work and resources required to complete assigned projects successfully. Ensures the preparation of accurate, complete, and value-added work products. Ensures timely project delivery by: monitoring/adjusting schedules, communicating with client and project team members, assigning/managing resources, and completing assigned tasks on or ahead of schedule. Manages financial aspects of contracts (billing, WIP, income/expenses, receivables, etc.) to protect company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with clients. May supervise, guide, and be assisted by lower-level Project Managers. Candidate must have excellent communication and time management skills, be highly motivated, and possess the ability to think creatively and proactively.



Designer I (Tampa, FL office)

  • Education Associates of Applied Technology or similar degree preferred or equivalent technical experience
  • Start Date: July/August 2010
  • Experience Position requires 3-4 years of computer drafting experience in site design in Florida including telecommunications sites; AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
  • Responsibilities Responsible for converting detailed initial designs into working documents using computer aided design (CAD). Performs non-routine and complex assignments from verbal instructions and under minimal supervision. Works closely with Project Managers and Engineers; may recommend minor design changes requiring sound judgment and discretion. Reviews CAD drawings to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards. Demonstrates ability to update and improve existing CAD standards.



Human Resources Manager (Norcross, GA office)

  • Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, PHR Designation strongly preferred
  • Start Date: September 2010
  • Experience 5-8 years of Human Resources experience required
  • Responsibilities Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel. Plan, organize, and control all activities of the department. Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems. Implement and annually update compensation program; rewrite responsibilities as necessary; review annual salary surveys and develop salary budget; analyze compensation; manage performance evaluation program and revise as necessary. Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures. Perform annual re-evaluation of employee benefit programs and policies for cost effectiveness. Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt and non-exempt personnel, students, and temporary employees. Establish and maintain department records and reports. Evaluate reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Manage employee relations and recognition programs and activities. Candidate must have excellent communication and time management skills, be highly motivated, and possess the ability to think creatively and proactively.
