HR Manager (Norcross, Georgia Office)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.  PHR Designation strongly preferred.

Experience: 5-8 years of Human Resources experience required.

Responsibilities:  Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.  Plan, organize, and control all activities of the department.  Participate in developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems.  Implement and annually update compensation program; rewrite responsibilities as necessary; review annual salary surveys and develop salary budget; analyze compensation; manage performance evaluation program and revise as necessary.  Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures.  Perform annual re-evaluation of employee benefit programs and policies for cost effectiveness.  Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt and non-exempt personnel, students, and temporary employees.  Establish and maintain department records and reports.  Evaluate reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.  Manage employee relations and recognition programs and activities.  Candidate must have excellent communication and time management skills, be highly motivated, and possess the ability to think creatively and proactively.
