Holcomb Village, Pickens County

Foresite Group Inc., designed and permitted the +/- 4 acre Holcomb Village retail development in Pickens County, Ga. The site is currently under construction.

Foresite Group, Inc. is also involved in the layout, design, and permitting for the 289 acre residential subdivision and commercial retail site. The Foothills Village will be located next door to Holcomb Village and should be through the permitting process soon.

Delta Community Credit Union

Foresite Group, Inc. designed the site plans for several Delta Community Credit Union locations in metro Atlanta Ga. over the past six months. Site design plans included utility, drainage, storm water, erosion control, and parking lot layout.
