- DescriptionForesite Group designed and permitted this multi-phase project on a 25+ acre site in Gainesville, Georgia. This project included design for a new banquet hall, additional parking lot, and new recreation area for the fast-growing church. Foresite Group helped to re-design the entire site layout which included erosion control and a grading layout for 42,000 cu. yards of cut and 85,000 cu. yards of fill and also an extensive storm water analysis for an above ground detention pond. This site is currently under construction and will be completed in the fall of 2008.
