- DescriptionMimms Trail is a 287 acre residential development in Auburn, Alabama. The development included 153 lots, gravity sewer line extension, mass grading of the site, off-site road widening design, and evaluation for the existing and proposed water capacity to service the domestic and fire service. This project included three master planned storm water ponds that will be utilized by the multiple future phases. The design and permitting has been completed on the first 4 phases of the development, and it is currently under construction.
